I booked a place to stay in Canada on Airbnb with the host named Sahydi.

During my stay, I sent (Suspect) Sahydi a total of $1,696.32 CAD. (Suspect) Sahydi promised to return this amount, but now she refuses to do so because I checked out early and received a refund from Airbnb.

I checked out early due to missing amenities and the noise. I requested a refund for only the nights I did not stay, but (Suspect) Sahydi refused. However, Airbnb Support issued me a refund after their investigation. But I still had to pay for 17 nights and cleaning fees

(Suspect) Sahydi was unhappy with this partial refund and is now refusing to return the $1,696.32 CAD that I sent during my stay. She claims that my refund from Airbnb is the reason for their refusal, but the refund I received from Airbnb is only for the unspent nights and is unrelated to the amount I sent during my stay.

In summary,

although (Suspect) Sahydi was initially unwilling to refund me for the unspent nights, Airbnb ultimately issued a refund after confirming the missing amenities and noise.

For this reason, (Suspect) Sahydi is refusing to return the amount of $1,696.32 that I sent during my stays, despite their promise to return it because she is upset with Airbnb's decision.

Airbnb Support has sent multiple messages to (Suspect) Sahydi, but she has ignored all of them. Consequently, I have decided to report this individual. All our communications were conducted through the Airbnb platform, and I can provide them upon request.

Additionally, (Suspect) Sahydi claimed that she would refund my money and requested my passport as identification to process the refund. However, after receiving my passport, she began threatening to share my ID with third parties. Furthermore, she and her Partner (DAGOBERTO MARTINEZ) are making a lot of hate speach against me after stealing my money.
